Catalina Sojo
MANAGING PARTNER
Catalina is the Managing Partner at CSM Legal. She has a proven track record of obtaining and enforcing clients’ rights worldwide, effectively balancing legal risks and resolving disputes. She routinely advises and represents clients in litigation matters, primarily involving employment, commercial, and intellectual property law.
Catalina began her practice of law as an associate at Baker McKenzie, where she advised Fortune 500 companies regarding all aspects of their intellectual property portfolios, including litigation and enforcement. Her in-house counsel experience at ViacomCBS, where she managed two major intellectual property portfolios for the media conglomerate, allowed Catalina to acquire a keen sense of knowledge as to business risks and compliance issues.
Prior to becoming Managing Partner at CSM Legal, Catalina worked as an associate at Michael Faillace & Associates, where she represented clients in labor and discrimination proceedings in federal and state court and negotiated favorable settlement agreements on behalf of her clients.
